All prices on our website are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable). We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time without prior notice. The total price, including delivery charges, will be confirmed before the completion of your order.

5. Order Process

Placing an Order: You can place an order through our website by selecting the desired product and completing the checkout process.
Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase. This email does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but an acknowledgment that we have received it.
Acceptance of Order: We reserve the right to refuse any order. Acceptance of your order and the contract between us will be confirmed once your payment has been processed and your order is shipped.

We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

7. Delivery

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size/weight of the items.
Delivery Time: We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days, but please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the products. UK deliveries typically take 3-5 business days.
International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping.

8. Returns & Refunds

Return Policy: You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 2 days, and we will arrange a return or replacement free of charge. We may require photographic evidence.
Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus any delivery fees, unless the return is due to a fault with the product.

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Olive & Grace. If you're not satisfied for any reason, please read our Return and Refund Policy below to understand your rights and how we can assist you.

1. Returns

Timeframe for Returns: You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Custom or bespoke items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.
Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original, resellable condition.
- In their original packaging, if possible.
Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on the following:
- Custom-made, personalised, or bespoke items unless they are damaged or faulty.
- Items that have been used or altered.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at Tania@olive-grace.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include the following details:

Order number.
Reason for return.
Photos of the item(s) if they are damaged or faulty.

Once your return request is confirmed, we will provide instructions for sending the item(s) back to us.

3. Refunds

Processing Your Refund: Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm their condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
Refund Amount: The refund will cover the full price of the item(s) minus any original shipping costs. If the return is due to a fault with the product, we will refund both the cost of the item(s) and the original shipping costs.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damage. We will offer you a free return and full refund, or send a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please return the original item as outlined above and place a new order on our website.
We cannot guarantee that your desired replacement will be available, especially for limited-edition or handmade items, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return Shipping for Non-Faulty Items: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Return Shipping for Faulty or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping costs if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or cover the cost of your return postage.

6. Cancellations

Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. We will cancel your order and process a full refund.
After Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, you will need to follow our standard return procedure to receive a refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g., craft kits, supplies, or any opened products) may not be eligible for return.
